Jared Stanger

Jared has over 15 years in the healthcare industry, specializing in healthcare transformation solutions and consulting. After completing his Master of Health Administration (MHA) from Penn State University, Jared began working in many different roles in consulting, process improvement, strategy, management, and transformation excellence. Specializing in integrated health systems, he spent the majority of his career focused on Lean Six Sigma improvements and solution development. In working with many professionals Jared has achieved over $200M worth of value transformation savings through improvements in quality, service, and operational performance. Jared is a certified Master Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma.

Throughout his career, Jared has worked with the VA, large to small health systems, academic, pediatric, behavioral, community, and critical access hospitals, large and small physician practices, long-term care facilities, and major insurance payers. Jared’s project portfolio covers large- and small-scale implementation projects dealing in access to care, throughput, OR operations, sterile processing, nursing and patient care, ED, Lab, Transportation, Imaging, Revenue Cycle, HEDIS metric improvements, EHR optimization, physician onboarding, payer and physician contracting, research and academic value proposition and execution, and much more.

Dr. Joel F. Gradowski

Joel has 15 years experience practicing anatomic pathology, clinical pathology, and hematopathology. He earned his medical degree from Jefferson Medical College and completed a combined anatomic and clinical pathology residency at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. After residency, Joel completed a two year hematopathology fellowship at UPMC under the direction of Dr. Steven Swerdlow. Joel is board certified in anatomic pathology, clinical pathology, and hematopathology by the American Board of Pathology. He received his MBA from the University of Tennessee Knoxville.

Practicing diagnostic hematopathology, healthcare leadership, and medical education are Joel’s professional passions. He has consistently leveraged his clinical credibility to take on leadership roles in pathology across the healthcare spectrum, from small community hospitals to a large tertiary healthcare system. He has been the medical director of multiple laboratories and currently directs laboratories producing millions of annual billable tests. Joel has led two pathology groups and is the president and chief of pathology in his current role. Successful leadership within pathology led to leadership opportunities outside of pathology, including experience as the chief executive officer of a multispecialty practice group with over 150 providers. As a clinical educator, Joel has participated in the training of over 100 residents, clinical fellows, and medical students. He is a four time winner of the Outstanding Clinical Pathology Faculty award at the University of Tennessee Health Sciences Center.

Matt Kaiserman

Matt Kaiserman has over a decade of experience in healthcare operations and management. Bringing expertise and experience from both the inpatient hospital and outpatient clinic settings, he has led clinical operations, marketing and communications, business development, ancillary and support services. Matt most recently led a local Boise medical group as part of the Intermountain Health system based out of Salt Lake.

Matt earned a bachelor’s degree in political science and a master’s degree of business administration at Boise State University where he also earned a football scholarship to play for the Broncos. After suffering a career-ending concussion in a post-season bowl game, Kaiserman worked with Gallatin Public Affairs on a team that was instrumental in passing Idaho’s youth concussion legislation.

Subsequently, he joined St. Luke’s where he developed and coordinated a community-wide education and outreach program for the St. Luke’s Concussion Clinic. Kaiserman later completed a St. Luke’s administrative fellowship before working in clinic and hospital operations. In 2019 Matt joined Ball Ventures Ahlquist and helped lead the purchase of Saltzer Medical Group that was later spun off under Intermountain.

Jake Wright

For nearly two decades, Jake has excelled in the strategic planning and execution of supply chain improvements, procurement, change management, and operations. His work has established him as an important asset for national organizations across multiple industries.

As the Vice President of Supply Chain Consulting, Jake brings a strong analytical skillset with team building and communication abilities needed to drive organizational change and create bottom-line financial improvement.

Prior to joining Magnified Learning^®, he was a Senior Analyst, Supply Chain Management with Virginia Commonwealth University Health System, a Client Supply Chain Manager for Accumen Inc, and a Strategic Sourcing Specialist for UAB Medicine.

His educational foundation started with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from The University of Alabama, and was later continued with a Master’s in Healthcare Administration (MHA) from Ohio University.
