Certifications
Each course builds upon the content of the previous certification. Yellow Belt is our foundational course, with Green Belt building off of those concepts, followed by Black Belt going another layer deeper.
The Master Black Belt Certification is reserved for those looking to become a process improvement executive, and/or aiming to develop and scale a robust process improvement department or program within an organization.
Educational Courses (Non-Certification Courses)
Magnified LearningTM provides other standalone education courses outside of our industry certifications (i.e. Clinical Lean Six Sigma, etc.). These courses are often tailored to a particular type of professional and are intended to offer a foundational understanding of Lean Six Sigma and Cohesive Value TransformationTM principles that will be meaningful in their role, but do not go into the level of detail required for formal certification.
Yes, we generally honor lower level certifications (e.g. Yellow Belt) from other organizations depending on the program. As students seeks Green Belt Certifications or higher, it becomes more difficult to do given our healthcare-specific content and exclusive use of our Cohesive Value TransformationTM model.
Please reach out to us here to discuss specifics. We often can arrange for a tailored approach and access to additional content if the individual needs a refresher of Yellow Belt topics, or acclimation to our CVTTM model curriculum prior to working through our Green or Black Belt courses.
Absolutely. Students unsure of which certification they may ultimately aim to achieve can also purchase courses incrementally starting with Yellow Belt if they so choose. You can review our pricing options and course catalog here.
We do not allow refunds at this time in order to protect our intellectual property. We understand our courses are a significant investment for many, which is why we offer a number of resources for students to interact with the material and to understand the costs and benefits prior to making a purchase.

We are working toward accrediting our Clinical Lean Six Sigma course to provide CEU and CME opportunities for participants in the future. Certifications will not provide CEU or CME benefit at this time. We will continue to evaluate new courses for continuing education credit as they become available.
